Alopecia

The medical term for hair loss is Alopecia (most of the time used to the sudden hair loss in patch). As we know this probably starts with some extra hairs found in the sink or combs, and can become very excessive to the loss of total hair, this is named Baldness and can be a result of heredity, certain medicines, or any medical condition. This can affect men, women and even children. Even though some people rather let the baldness exhibited, and expose to people´s sight, others prefer to cover it with hats, scarves, make up, and wigs. However, during the last years people have the possibilities to seek medical treatment or surgical procedures that each time are more improved, fancy and natural looking.

Common Baldness refers to the loss of hair in patterns in males, it is also called andro-genetic alopecia which is the most common cause of baldness in males and most of the times the trait is inherited, and consists of a receding hair line and baldness on the top of the head.

This can also affect women, but different from men, this hair loss makes the hair become thin over the entire scalp.
Hair loss is phsically and emotionally devastating for many of the people who is experiensing it, due to the change of look, jokes, reactions people make.
